We know that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly due to unavoidable reasons, and because of that, we have a fair and transparent cancellation policy in place. If you wish to cancel or postpone your booking for safari, hotel, or tour, then we kindly request you to inform us in writing (by email or message) at the earliest. The cancellation charges that are written below will be applicable from the date when we receive your cancellation request.
Note: If we get your mail after working hours, the next working day will be considered as the cancellation date. Also, the day of your safari or tour will not be counted while calculating cancellation charges.
Nagarhole Safari (Bus/Boat) Cancellation Charges

120 to 60 days before the safari date – 100% of the safari cost will be charged

59 to 16 days before the safari date – 50% of the safari cost will be charged

15 to 4 days before the safari date – 80% of the safari cost will be charged

3 to 1 day before the safari date – 100% of the safari cost will be charged
Note: If you make the cancellation request before the permit is issued, then only 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted, that too as processing fees.
Tour Packages Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before the travel date – 10% of the total tour cost

15 to 29 days before the travel date – 30% of the tour cost (Safari amount not included)

7 to 14 days before the travel date – 40% of the tour cost (Safari amount not included)

2 to 6 days before the travel date – 50% of the tour cost (Safari amount not included)

Less than 48 hours or No Show – No refund will be provided
Other Important Guidelines

Once you have done the booking, kindly give us 24 hours to confirm it and share your vouchers. These will be sent via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or in printed form, depending on your preference.

If you have done a booking for 3 people in one room, then only an extra mattress will be provided.

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the resort or lodge. Generally, check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, but exact times will be shared in your booking confirmation.

If the government revises the park entry fees, permit charges, guide fees, or fuel prices, the difference will be charged to the guest as per the new rates.

We always recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your safari reporting time to avoid last-minute issues.

In case your safari could not get confirmed due to technical issues, park unavailability, or any other reason. But you have made the payment, then don’t worry, we will process a full refund and inform you right away.

During festive seasons and public holidays like Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi, and long weekends, a separate cancellation policy may apply, and it will be communicated at the time of booking.

For hotel booking, we have a separate cancellation policy that will be given as and when needed.

If there are unavoidable situations like strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, or transport delays, we will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives. However, refunds or compensation may not be applicable in such circumstances beyond our control.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
