Payment Terms

Jungle Safari India accepts payment made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, and PayPal.

We request that tourists make payments only to our official company bank accounts. Please double-check account details before making any payment.

For hotel and resort bookings, you can confirm your stay by paying just 50% in advance. The remaining 50% can be paid when you arrive.

For safari bookings, 100% advance payment is required to secure your permit and seats.

If you pay the entire amount in advance for your safari or package, then you may get discounts, however, it’s not promised.
Safari Zone & Gate Allocation

When you make Nagarhole Safari Booking, you can select the preferred safari zone or gate, but it will be allotted based on real-time availability.

The team of Jungle Safari India tries their best to book the zone that you chose, but if that is not available, then we will book your safari for another zone.

Kindly keep in mind that safari gate or zone preferences cannot be guaranteed due to government allocation systems and technical constraints.
Booking & Confirmation

After you have paid the amount, kindly allow us 24 hours to confirm your booking.

After the booking is made, we will share the vouchers through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or even a hard copy, based on your preference.

In case the hotel mentioned in your itinerary is not available, we will provide the same base category hotel or any other higher standard property so that you can be sure that you’ll get comfort.

By default, we offer base category rooms during hotel bookings. If you wish to upgrade, then you can pay the extra price directly to the hotel when you arrive.

If you’re making a booking for a single room with 3 guests, then only 1 extra mattress will be provided.

The standard hotel check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is at 11:00 AM. However, it can change based on the hotel that you choose while making Nagarhole National Park bookings.

The tour itinerary that is provided on our website is just a sample of what we can offer, and to give you an idea about the tour, you can get it customized while making a booking.
Travel Documents & Passenger Details

When you make a booking, we request you to kindly fill in the correct age and details of the travelers going on the safari ride.

All guests must carry valid government ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.) for going inside the park.

If you fill in the incorrect details, then you have to face penalties, entry issues, or even cancellation by the forest authorities.
Government Taxes, Charges & Seasonal Pricing

The cost that you see now is based on the government taxes, entry fees, surcharges, fuel charges, and guide fees decided by the forest authorities.

If there is any change in government pricing or policy, then it will be informed to guests in advance, and they have to pay the amount before the start of their tour.

Prices mentioned on our website may not be valid during holidays or peak periods like New Year, Christmas, Holi, or long weekends. The changed prices will be communicated before the booking confirmation.
Unforeseen Situations & Limitations

Jungle Safari India is not responsible for loss of belongings, accidents, injuries, or delays due to weather, roadblocks, natural calamities, strikes, or park regulations

We may need to change the itinerary or safari schedule due to park rules, weather alerts, or operational concerns. In such cases, you’ll be informed as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that the safari zones or gates are allotted by the forest department at the time of booking. Jungle safari India has no control over the final gate or zone that you get after the booking is assigned.
Note : All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
